How Many Days And Hours Does The Traınıng Last?

The number of days for our training programs is specified at the bottom of the relevant page under the “Our Services” section. A one-day training equals 6 hours, calculated by multiplying the number of training days accordingly.

The training starts at 09:30 and ends at 16:30. However, flexibility in hours can be arranged depending on institutional needs (e.g., shuttle services).

 

How Are The Trainings Delivered?

Trainings are planned either face-to-face or online, depending on the requests of institutions.

In such cases, the training venue will be arranged according to the institution’s availability, either in designated external training areas or in meeting rooms.

 

How Are The Trainings Planned?

Training content is created based on the training needs and requests of institutions.

Training dates are scheduled according to the trainer’s availability and the requested period by the institution. The key consideration in training requests is that the target audience is correctly identified by the institution. Not every training is suitable for all levels: some may include all employees, while others may be designed only for managers or entry-level staff.

Training plans are formalized through a Training Service Agreement between GENA Academy and the requesting institution. Training fees are calculated as Price + 20% VAT.

Groups consist of a maximum of 20 participants. Prices are determined based on this group size. If the number of participants is fewer than 20, the institution will still be charged the same price regardless of the reduced number. For example, even if there are only 12 participants, the fee remains unchanged. If more participants are requested, a second group can be arranged.

The prices of workshops, training, and consultancy services are calculated per participant. If workshops or training are requested by an institution, an individual, or a group of friends, you can contact a GENA Academy representative for further details.

 

Other Information:

• Travel, meal, and accommodation (if applicable) expenses of the trainer are covered by the requesting institution.

• Translation service fees may vary depending on the requested language(s) and the content of the document to be translated. For detailed information, please contact a GENA Academy representative.

• Upon institutional request, a “Certificate of Participation” approved by GENA Academy will be issued at the end of the training.

• For academic trainings and projects, as well as for seminars and consultancy services, there is no limitation on the number of participants. For detailed information, please contact a GENA Academy representative.
