WORKSHOPS:
BODY–MIND HARMONY: “LET’S TRAIN MIND!
”This workshop offers a discovery of the mind, built on awareness and creativity, to accompany a body developing through sports. The aim is to strengthen body–mind harmony and support inner balance by observing mental flow. Designed with play, fun, and psychology-based approaches, this workshop is not a therapy session and does not provide professional psychological treatment, diagnosis, or psychotherapy services.
MY CHILD AND ME – AWARENESS AND CREATIVITY
This workshop is designed for parents and children to spend quality time together outdoors or in a gym setting, enhancing both their physical and mental awareness, while also strengthening their bond through fun and creative activities.
CONTENT AND WORKSHOP OUTCOMES:
In Parks and Green Areas: Creative games, group activities, joint paintings, or artistic activities with natural materials are carried out. This process strengthens children’s sense of exploration while supporting joint production with parents.
In Gyms: Simple physical activities, dynamic parent-child cooperative games, and rhythm exercises are implemented. These provide both enjoyable exercise and awareness practices that strengthen communication.
Pedagogical and Creative Approach: During the activities, parents get to know their children’s expressions more closely, while children enjoy the confidence of producing together with their parents.
Target Audience: Parents with children aged 7–12 who wish to participate in awareness-based quality activities during holidays, weekends, or daily routines in parks, green areas, or gyms, while having fun and socializing.
MEETING THE MIND AT SEA:
This workshop offers participants a unique experience where they can achieve mental calmness while balancing and moving peacefully on the water. It helps them disconnect from daily stress, start the day refreshed with the sunrise, and enjoy both body and mind in an atmosphere of fun and mindfulness.
Participants will engage in fun and awareness-based activities on SUP boards at sunrise, discovering the harmony of body and mind, leaving stress behind, and creating unforgettable memories in connection with nature.
MENTAL TRAINING ON THE WATER:
This workshop provides participants with the opportunity to achieve mental tranquility in the middle of the sea, aboard a yacht, accompanied by the soothing rhythm of waves and water. It supports body–mind harmony and offers a mindful experience in a unique, nature-integrated atmosphere.
Through awareness exercises performed on the yacht, participants will experience both the serenity of nature and the harmony of body and mind, leaving stress behind, achieving mental relaxation and renewal, and creating unforgettable memories of a sea journey.
