To equip participants with the skills to prepare an effective and professional Curriculum Vitae (CV) aligned with their career goals. Participants will learn, in a hands-on manner, how to structure a strong resume, create engaging content and adapt to sector-specific expectations.
STRATEGIES FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH DEMANDING STAKEHOLDERS
This workshop, designed specifically for employees in the medical sector, aims to develop effective communication methods with demanding stakeholders and teach the application of strategic communication techniques. It focuses on demonstrating appropriate approaches to the expectations of various stakeholders in the medical sector (doctors, managers, suppliers, institutions, etc.), enhancing conflict management and persuasion skills, providing methods to turn opposing views into constructive outcomes, strengthening stakeholder trust and cooperation, supporting the proper use of transparency, empathy, and trust in communication, and offering practical applications through case studies tailored to sector dynamics.
THE POWER OF SENSES IN BANKING DECISIONS
This workshop adapts the principles of sensory marketing and neuromarketing specifically to the banking sector. It aims to practically demonstrate how sensory experiences can influence customer perception, a sense of trust, and decision-making behavior even in intangible services such as banking.
